You can: Use Bunker Samples products without restrictions in commercial and non-commercial musical compositions. 

You can not: re-distribute, re-sell, upload to a file sharing site, or use Bunker Samples as source material for your own sample libraries, sound sets, sample packs or similar. 

You need to own the full version of Kontakt 5 or 6.

The Long Version

End User License Agreement (EULA)

“Bunker Samples” is the name under which Nicolaj Moeller Nielsen makes and sells virtual instruments (sample libraries). By downloading and using any of the products made by Nicolaj Moeller Nielsen, whether paid or free, you agree to be bound by the terms below. 

You are granted a perpetual single user license to use the sounds/virtual instruments made by Nicolaj Moeller Nielsen in musical compositions, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, without having to pay any additional licensing fees or royalties. You can install and use the sounds/virtual instruments on up to 3 computers, provided they are used only by you. 

You can not re-package, re-sample or use the sounds made by Nicolaj Moeller Nielsen as source material for any new sample libraries, sound sets, sample packs or similar products, without express permission from Nicolaj Moeller Nielsen. In other words, you are of course free to process the sounds in any way you want for use in your music, but you can not distribute the resulting processed sound on it’s own in any way. If you wish to use sounds made by Nicolaj Moeller Nielsen as source material for your own sample library, sound set, sample pack or similar, please get in touch to discuss a licensing deal. 

You agree to protect this software from piracy and to not re-distribute it in any way. 

The sounds, coding and any associated intellectual property are licensed to you, not sold. Nicolaj Moeller Nielsen retains full ownership of the sounds and any associated intellectual property. 

By downloading any product made by Nicolaj Moeller Nielsen, you agree to be signed up to the mailing list, and will receive occasional email about new products, sales and editorial content. Your email address will never be sold or shared with anyone, and you can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. 

Please note that Nicolaj Moeller Nielsen makes products for the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt – they will not work in the free Kontakt Player. It is your responsibility to ensure you own the software necessary to use any product made by Nicolaj Moeller Nielsen. You can not expect a refund if you do not own the full version of Kontakt.
